Our Core Services

Drug & Alcohol Testing (DOT & Non-DOT)

Keep your workforce qualified — without the scheduling chaos. From pre-employment to post-accident, we deliver fast, compliant drug and alcohol testing for DOT (FMCSA, FRA, FTA, FAA, PHMSA) and non-DOT programs. Test at our Salem clinic, access our 5,000+ national site network, or schedule onsite testing at your workplace — wherever it’s easiest for your team.

Mobile & Onsite Testing

Testing that comes to your site — and keeps your crew on the clock. Stop losing productivity to clinic trips and downtime. Our certified collectors come directly to your location — day or night — for scheduled testing, onboarding events, or randoms. We can use an onsite restroom or bring our fully equipped RV with a mobile restroom, ideal for job sites without facilities. Trusted by safety managers at transit agencies, construction sites, and industrial operations across Oregon.

Third-Party Administration (TPA) Program Management

Less admin. More oversight. Full compliance — without the stress. Managing a drug and alcohol testing program shouldn’t pull you away from your core responsibilities. We handle every detail — from test coordination and lab setup to random pool management, DOT Clearinghouse queries, result reporting, and full audit support. Whether you manage a DOT-regulated workforce or a non-DOT safety-sensitive team, we streamline your compliance process so you can stay focused on people, safety, and performance.

Drug & Alcohol Policy Development

Custom-written policies that keep your program compliant and audit-ready. We write fully compliant drug and alcohol testing policies tailored to your workforce — whether you're governed by FMCSA, FTA, FRA, FAA, PHMSA, or operating a non-DOT program. Whether you're launching a new policy or replacing an outdated one, we deliver clear, enforceable documentation aligned with federal requirements and your operational needs.

Compliance Support & Training

FMCSA Clearinghouse Management

Compliance handled. Headaches gone. We manage all your Clearinghouse tasks — from registering new drivers and running annual queries to submitting violations. Stay compliant without the time drain or confusion. Ideal for HR and Safety Managers who want full FMCSA coverage without the hassle.

Designated Employer Representative (DER) Training

Equip your team to lead with confidence. Live (via MS Teams or onsite), this training gives HR and Safety Managers the tools to manage DOT drug and alcohol programs confidently — from handling results to staying compliant. Ideal for new DERs or as a refresher for experienced ones.

Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion Training

Give your supervisors the tools to act — before safety is compromised. Required under 49 CFR Part 40 for DOT-covered employees, this live or online training teaches supervisors how to spot signs of impairment and take the right steps — from documentation to confrontation. It's also a smart best practice for non-DOT workplaces looking to strengthen safety culture and reduce risk.

Employee Education Training

Start safety-sensitive employees off with clarity — and keep compliance on track. Ideal for onboarding or ongoing reinforcement, this live or virtual training helps employees understand your drug and alcohol policy, what’s expected of them, and the real-world risks of non-compliance. Offered for DOT-regulated teams or customized to match your specific company policy.

Program Setup & Onboarding Support

Whether you're building a DOT or non-DOT program from the ground up, we help you launch with confidence. From writing your policy and setting up lab accounts to configuring your random pool and training your DER, we handle the details so you're audit-ready from day one.

Client Success & Ongoing Support

As an ongoing client, you’ll have a dedicated point of contact — no phone trees, no bouncing between departments. Your account manager knows your program, understands your priorities, and is here to support everything from daily logistics to regulatory questions. We’re your go-to partner for keeping things compliant, consistent, and stress-free.

Additional Services

Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services

Our MRO services ensure every drug test result is reviewed by a licensed physician trained in toxicology and DOT regulations. When a lab returns a positive result, the MRO contacts the employee to determine if there's a valid medical explanation — protecting both your program's integrity and your employees’ rights. It's a critical step that ensures fairness, accuracy, and full compliance.

Certified Laboratory Services

We exclusively use SAMHSA-certified laboratories to ensure every test follows strict chain-of-custody protocols and delivers results that stand up to legal and regulatory scrutiny.

SAP Referrals

If an employee violates a DOT drug and alcohol policy, we provide no-cost referrals to trusted, DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs). These referrals help employees begin the return-to-duty process with proper evaluation and treatment — ensuring your program stays compliant and your team gets the support it needs.
